A contemporary Toastmaster, also known as Master of Ceremonies is a Guardian of Etiquette and is a long-standing tradition at Royal and formal social events such as weddings, civic and civil ceremonies and Bar Mitzvah celebrations, to name just a few.

Mr Hall’s role as your toastmaster / master of ceremonies is to introduce guests to you, announce meals, speeches, toasts, cake cutting and generally facilitate the duties and responsibilities that are important for you.

He will take responsibility for keeping your event to time and liaise with everyone involved. As your toastmaster / master of ceremonies, Mr Hall may or may not become involved in event plans but as far as possible will ensure the smooth running of your special occasion. Mr Hall’s presence will be a valuable asset for you and enable you to relax and enjoy your event.

Mr Hall will assist with many other items that are not covered by some other toastmasters.  From attending planning meetings and helping with correct dress for your event to putting on button holes and corsages, Mr Hall will ensure that everyone feels comfortable and relaxed on your day. He will greet your guests on your behalf and take special care of any of your guests. He will help your photographer assemble your guests into position for posed photographs, and he will assist in any way that will make sure that you get the day of your dreams.

Toastmasters traditionally wear a very grand and glorious ceremonial tailcoat with all the trimmings, and their presence can add greatly to the colour, splendour and ceremony of your function. Certainly very formal or large functions will always benefit from this colourful professional management.

Mr Hall will keep control of each element of your event in a discreet manner and, using his experience, will ensure your event runs smoothly, is enjoyable and memorable. Adaptability is an important quality.
